I reported directly to Enrique during the initial two years of GDES’s launch in the USA. During this time Enrique proved to be an invaluable leader throughout the many challenges that we faced, providing great guidance and support to me and all other peers involved. A rare combination of business acumen with an approachable personality that really helped us stay motivated as we were getting established in the USA industrial services sector.
